Kalavarda, Rhodos
It was a coup de foudre. Love at first sight when we rented a villa in Rhodes in 2015. The Greek nature, the gastronomy, the people and the azure blue sea of course. We wanted a second stay there! On our to-do list:
And we do that wholeheartedly. From the blissful breeze in summer and from the sun that shines for 300 days. But also the delicious food and the beautiful trips. In short: quality time.
Each and every one of them great moments that we also grant other families. That is why we rent and sell our villas. As a real estate agent by training, I love to match others with the right villa, so that they too experience unforgettable holidays.
We are not a big real estate agency, but we are a couple with a passion for Rhodes. And that has its advantages for you. Because that means we are close to you, you have a direct point of contact and you will not get anyone on the phone who does not know your file. And we speak Dutch, English, German, French and a little Greek. So no hassle with a broker who does not speak your language.
Because in 2015 our Greek adventure started. Then we were in your shoes. So the questions and concerns that are now running through your head are not new to us. What’s more: meanwhile we know Rhodes through and through. We are happy to share our advise with you.
A house manager, a plumber and an engineer, but also an (interior) architect, a lawyer and a notary. They are all part of our team on Rhodes. An air conditioning that is broken, that is so fixed. Or a reliable notary to arrange the sale: check!
