Things you should know
House Manager
Someone who cleans the villa, makes the beds, maintains the garden… and ensures the swimming pool looks impeccable. By hiring a house manager, your holiday starts the moment you arrive. For our villas, we’ve been working for years with an exceptional house manager, and we’ll gladly put you in touch.
Additional Costs
Taxes will be added to the purchase price and must be paid by the buyer. Until 31/12/26, the VAT rate is reduced to 3.09% instead of 24%. In addition, every property purchase in Greece requires both a notary and a lawyer. The costs for the notary, lawyer, taxes, and VAT are not included in the prices listed on the website. If there are any other costs not mentioned here, we cannot be held liable for them.
Rental Return
Owning a villa in Rhodes is the perfect investment, as there are plenty of tourists eager to spend their holidays in your property. It’s an ideal way to make your second home generate income. To do so, simply work with a rental agency. They take care of everything: visibility on major rental websites, bookings, and check-in & check-out. It’s that easy. All you need to do is store your personal belongings in the designated lockable space.
